Shipping Policy


We strive to bring our customers great products, super value, and excellent customer service, which for us includes FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE. Our products are shipped mainly from China, Malaysia, and Thailand using traceable post by e.g. PostNL, SingPost, Cainiao, EMS, ePacket, along with the national postal services in various countries.


We are proud to offer international shipping to what right now amounts to more than 150 countries! However, there are some locations and some specific products that we are unable to ship to all locations. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you. We are also happy to assist you if you contact us before ordering.


Please notice that we do not have control of custom duties or VAT once your order has been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that you may need to custom duties and/or VAT when your orders arrive in your country.


We send out order confirmations by email that contains a tracking number once your order is shipped. However, in rare occasions due to the free shipping, tracking is unavailable or available only for part of the route. Please note that items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Missing your order confirmation or tracking number? Some customers using Hotmail/Outlook and Yahoo/AOL email addresses have had problems receiving our emails. Please use another email address if possible when placing your order.
